目的:探讨丹参注射液对大鼠腰椎神经根炎的疗效及作用机制。方法:将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、丹参组、对照组。制备成腰椎神经根炎模型后,模型组、丹参组、对照组分别给予生理盐水、丹参注射液和注射用腺苷钴苷治疗(1次/d,共2周),正常组不干预。分别在术后第1、7、14、30天,进行大鼠步态、触觉评分,第30天进行电生理测定,采用ELISA法检测大鼠第7、14、30天血浆中β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)和促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocorticotropic hormone, ACTH)的含量。结果:与模型组相比,丹参组、对照组步态和触觉评分、血浆中β-EP含量及神经传导速度提高,ACTH含量降低,丹参组治疗效果略优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液治疗大鼠腰椎神经根炎安全有效,可能是通过调控β-EP、ACTH的表达发挥治疗作用。
Abstract：Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Danshen injection on lumbar radiculitis in rats. Method: 60 wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Danshen group and control group. After the lumbar radiculitis model was established, the model group, the Danshen group and the control group were treated with saline, Danshen injection and Aden cobalamin injection(once a day for 2 weeks), respectively. The normal group did not intervene. On the 1 st, 7 th, 14 th and 30 th day after operation, the gait and tactile scores of rats were measured, and electrophysiology was measured on the 30 th day. The plasma levels of β-EP and ACTH were measured by ELISA on the 7 th,14 th and 30 th day. Result: Compared with the model group, the gait and tactile scores, the β-EP content in plasma and nerve conduction velocity of the Danshen group and the control group were increased(P<0.05), and the ACTH content was decreased(P<0.05). The Danshen group was slightly better than the Control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Danshen injecttion is safe and effective in the treatment of lumbar radiculitis in rats. It may play a therapeutic role by regulating the expression of β-EP and ACTH.
