目的:探讨妊娠期患者预防糖尿病的措施。方法:以25例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究组,非妊娠期糖尿病患者30例作为对照组。用2χ检验。结果:对孕妇影响及新生儿影响方面,研究组与对照组比较,有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:提示妊娠期糖尿病的母婴并发症明显增加。进行糖尿病筛查,及时发现妊娠期糖尿病,较好控制血糖,加强围生期妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的管理,可降低妊娠期糖尿病母婴的并发症和降低剖宫产率。

Objective: To investigate the preventive measures against gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods: A total of 25 GDM patients were employed as the trial group,30 patients with diabetes mellitus but not during the pregnancy were employed as the control group.Clinical data from the two groups were analyzed retrospectively;Chi-square test was used.Results: The influence of GDM on the pregnant women and newborns in the trial group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: GDM may increase the complications of mothers and newborns significantly.Diabetes screening for the timely detection of gestational diabetes mellitus,better control of blood glucose,and perinatal GDM management of pregnant women can reduce complications of mothers and newborns due to GDM and reduce the rate of cesarean section as well.
