目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平及其影响因素。方法:对社区1 680位居民进行糖化血红蛋白水平检测,对检出的2型糖尿病患者按HbAlc水平分为正常组和异常组,用Pear-son相关分析HbAlc水平与生化指标的相关性,并用Logistic回归分析影响HbAlc水平的因素。结果:2型糖尿病患者为688例,两组患者在年龄、病程、经济状况等方面比较差异具有统计学意义,HbA1c水平与BMI、FPG、TC、LDL-c、HDL-c具有相关性(P<0.05),年龄、病程、经济状况、TC、BMI、FPG是HbA1c水平的主要影响因素,其相对危险性较高。结论:HbA1C水平是糖尿病的良好检测指标,年龄、病程、经济状况、TC、BMI、FPG是HbA1c水平的主要影响因素,其相对危险性较高。

Objective: To investigate the glycosylated hemoglobin level of type 2 diabetes patients and its affecting factors.Methods:Glycated hemoglobin levels of 1 680 community residents were detected.And type 2 diabetes patients were divided into normal group and standard group according the HbAlc level.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of HbAlc levels and biochemical indicators,and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze related factors.Results: 688 cases of type 2 diabetes were detected.And the age,duration,and economic conditions of the two groups were significant difference(P<0.05).There were correlation between HbA1c levels and BMI,FPG and the TC,LDL-c,HDL-c(P<0.05).Age,duration of the economic situation,TC,BMI,FPG were the main factors affecting HbA1c levels.Conclusions: HbA1C levels are good indexes of diabetes.Age,duration and economic conditions,TC,BMI,FPG are the main factors affecting HbA1c levels,and are of high risk.
