目的:探讨下腹横切口剖宫产术2次手术的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析2008年全年2次下腹横切口剖宫产病例36例与同期非疤痕子宫剖宫产病例36例临床资料,比较两组开腹至胎儿娩出时间。结果:2次剖宫产组从开腹至胎儿娩出时间明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:下腹横切口2次手术入腹困难的主要原因之一是筋膜层与腹直肌及腹膜间的粘连所致。

Objective:To investigate the characters of the second caesarean with lower abdominal transverse section. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed clinic data of 36 cases with caesarean for the second time and 36 cases with non scarred caesarean at the same stage. Compared the duration from opening abdomen to delivery. Results: The duration time length from the start of the operation to delivery was significatnly longer in secondary caesarean comparing with the first caesarean(P<0.01). Conclusions: Adhesion among fascia,rectus abdominis muscles and peritonieun is one main cause for the difficulty in opening abdomen during secondary caesarean with lower abdorminal transverse section.
