目的:观察复方曲安奈德联合金因肽(外用重组人表皮生长因子rhEGF)治疗糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病的短期疗效。方法:选择糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病的患者102例,随机分成两组:观察组52例,采用复方曲安奈德黏膜下注射+金因肽外用;对照组50例,局部湿敷0.1%利凡诺。对比观察疗效。结果:两组比较,观察组愈合时间明显短于对照组,疼痛明显减轻,糜烂溃疡病损明显缩小,观察组总有效率为94.2%,对照组总有效率为76.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方曲安奈德联合金因肽治疗糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病具有较好的近期疗效。

Objective: To observe short term efficacy of compound triamcinolone acetonide combing with rhEGF on erosive oral mucosal disease.Methods: A total of 102 patients with erosive oral mucosal disease were randomly divided into observation group(n=52) and control group(n=50).The observation group was treated with submucosal injection of triamcinolone acetonide + topical application of rhEGF.The control group was treated with hydropathiccompress of rivanol.Efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results: The observation group showed significantly shorter healing time than the control group,symptom of pain was significantly relived,size of erosive lesions significantly reduced(P all <0.05).Total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95%,and 74%,respectively.Conclusions: Compound triamcinolone acetonide combing with rhEGF shows great short term efficacy on erosive oral mucosal disease.
