目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪对原发性高血压患者心室重塑及脑动脉血流动力学的影响。方法:将2010年7月～2012年4月采用厄贝沙坦治疗的29例原发性高血压患者选为对照组,而将同一时期以厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗的29例患者选为观察组,后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后4周、8周的心室重塑及脑动脉血流动力学指标进行比较。结果:治疗后4周及8周观察组的心室重塑指标中的IVS、LVMI、IVPW及LVESV均低于对照组,而脑动脉血流动力学指标中的Vs、Vd、Vm则均高于对照组,RI低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪对原发性高血压患者心室重塑及脑动脉血流动力学的影响较大。

Objective:To study the influence of irbesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide for ventricular remodeling and cerebral artery hemodynamics of patients with essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 29 patients with essential hypertension who were treated with irbesartan from July 2010 to April 2012 were enrolled as control group,and 29 patients who were treated with irbesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide were enrolled as the observation group,then the ventricular remodeling and cerebral artery hemodynamics indexes of two groups were compared before and 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment were compared.Results:The ventricular remodeling items included IVS,LVMI,IVPW and LVESV of observation group were significant lower,while cerebral artery hemodynamics indexes included Vs,Vd and Vm were than that of the control group after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,but RI was lower(P both <0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide shows great influence on ventricular remodeling and cerebral artery hemodynamics of patients with essential hypertension.
