目的:研究马来酸依那普利叶酸片的降压作用及对血清同型半胱氨酸、炎性因子的影响。方法:将本院收治的120例"H型高血压"患者纳入研究,随机分为两组,观察组接受马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,对照组接受马来酸依那普利片治疗。比较两组的血清同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、维生素B1 2水平,炎症因子含量以及血管内皮功能。结果:观察组的血清同型半胱氨酸水平低于对照组,叶酸、维生素B1 2水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因-a(TNF-a)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的内皮微粒(EMPs)数目低于对照组、血管扩张反应(FMD)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗有助于降低血清同型半胱氨酸水平、缓解炎症反应、改善血管内皮功能,是治疗高血压伴高同型半胱氨酸血症的理想方法。
Abstract:Objective:To study the antihypertensive effect of Enalapril Maleate Folic Acid Tablets and its influence on serum homocysteine and inflammatory factor.Methods:A total of 120 cases of " H type hypertension" patients in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.Observation group received Enalapril Maleate Folic Acid Tablets treatment,control group received Enalapril Maleate Tablets treatment.Then serum homocysteine,folate,vitamin B1 2levels,inflammatory factors content and vascular endothelial function were compared.Results:(1)serum homocysteine:homocysteine level of observation group was lower than that of control group,folic acid,vitamin B1 2levels were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);(2)Serum inflammatory cytokines:CRP,TNF-a,MMP9 of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);(3)vascular endothelial function:EMPs numbers of observation group were lower than that control group,FMD was higher than that control group.Conclusion:Enalapril Maleate Folic Acid Tablets treatment is helpful to re-duce serum homocysteine level,relieve inflammatory reaction,improve endothelial function;it's an ideal method for treating hypertensive patients combined with hyperhomocysteinemia.
