海南省119例尿路结石化学成分分析

摘要:

目的:探讨海南地区泌尿系结石的成分状况,为临床防治提供依据。方法:对119例结石标本行化学成分测定,并结合临床资料进行统计分析。结果:男性占66.39%,女性占33.61%,男女比例1.97∶1。结石高发人群分布在41~60岁之间,占82.35%。单一成分结石34.5%,混合性结石65.5%,草酸钙78.2%,尿酸铵42.0%,磷酸钙33.6%,磷酸镁铵18.5%,碳酸钙10.9%,碳酸磷灰石9.2%,胱氨酸0,其中含铵49.6%,含钙79.8%,含磷46.2%,含镁33.5%。上尿路尿酸结石76.0%,高于文献报道,P<0.05。结论:结石成分分析对于了解该地区结石的理化性质,为探讨结石的形成机制,建立良好的防治措施,指导临床治疗和预防结石具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Objective:To explore the composition of lithangiuria in Hainan and to provide evidence for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:A total of 119 samples of lithangiuria were determined,and analyzed based on clinical data.Results:The male patients accounted for 66.39%,while the female for 33.61%,with the ratio as 1.97:1.Patients aged 40-60 years old were most susceptible population,accounting for 82.35%.The results revealed 34.5% of single lithangiuria,65.5% of mixture lithangiuria,78.2% of calcium oxalate,42.0% of ammonium urate,33.6% of calcium phosphate,18.5% of magnesium ammonium phosphate,10.9% of calcium carbonate,9.2% of dahllite,and no cystine.Ammonium accounted for 49.6%,calcium for 79.8%,phosphonium for 46.2% and magnesium for 33.5%.There were 76.0% patients with uric acid lithiasis in upper urinary tract.Conclusions:Analysis of lithangiuria is helpful in exploring its physico-chemical property and mechanism.It is valuable in prevention and treatment.
