目的:探讨白蛋白联合蓝光光疗对新生儿黄疸的治疗效果。方法:随机选取2010年2月～2012年10月在我院治疗的88例新生儿黄疸患儿为研究对象,分为两组,观察组采用蓝光照射联合白蛋白进行治疗,对照组采用蓝光照射联合茵栀黄治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效以及对其治疗前后的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆红素(TBIL)、γ-谷丙氨酰基转移酶(γ-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)以及游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平进行测定并比较。结果:观察组患儿治疗的总有效率(100.0%)显著高于对照组患儿(88.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清CRP、TBIL、γ-GT、AKP以及FFA水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蓝光光疗联合白蛋白在治疗新生儿黄疸方面有着良好的疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of albumin combined with blue light phototherapy on the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Method:A total of 88 cases with neonatal jaundice admitted in our hospital from February 2010 to October 2012 were chosen as the research object.The observation group was treated with blue light irradiation combined with albumin treatment,and the control group with Blue-ray irradiation combined with Yinzhihuang.The clinical efficacy and serum CRP,TBIL,gamma-GT,AKP,and FFA levels before and after treatment of the two groups were measured and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 88.6%.The statistical analysis showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum CRP TBIL,TBA,gamma-GT,AKP,and FFA levels in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:The blue light phototherapy joint albumin has good efficacy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,and should be widely applied.
