目的:探讨超声对鼻咽癌(NPC)颈部转移性淋巴结的诊断价值。方法:对经临床和病理确诊为NPC颈部淋巴结转移的患者进行超声检查。结果:NPC颈部转移性淋巴结长径和短径之比L/S<2占80.3%,边界多模糊欠清,内部回声主要为不均匀的低回声或中等回声,髓质偏心或消失,CDFI可见丰富血流信号,血流分型为Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型,RI>0.7。结论:超声对NPC颈部淋巴结转移有较高的诊断价值,超声根据二维及彩色多普勒血流特点能对NPC颈部淋巴结转移做出准确的判断,并能判断转移淋巴结发生部位及周围邻近血管关系,为临床决定治疗方案和估计预后提供全面、简便、科学的依据。

Objective: To explore the value of metastatic cervical lymph node in diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods: Patients with metastatic cervical lymph node confirmed as NPC by clinical and pathological examination were examined by ultrasound.Results:The metastatic cervical lymph node with ratio of long diameter and short diameter <2 accounted for 80.3%.The margin of nodes was unclear,medulla was decentered and internal echo was uneven low or medium.Color Doppler flow inaging(CDFI) revealed affluent signs of blood flow,with main type as Ⅲ and Ⅳ,RI>0.7.Conclusions: Ultrasound imaging is valuable in diagnosis of NPC metastatic cervical lymph node.It is helpful in determining the location of lymph nodes and the relation between lymph nodes and adjective vessels,and can provide complete,simple and scientific evidence for treatment and evaluation.
